About "Overhauls"
All BAI flight controls are completely overhauled... not "reskinned". All internal structural parts are disassembled, stripped, inspected and epoxy primed. Any damaged structural parts are replaced with factory new. All flight controls are assembled in holding fixtures, with factory new skins, and always test fit after assembly. All craftmanship is guaranteed. All overhauled components are treated to the same process if it is exchange or if we build your part.It is so good to do business with nice people. You guys go above and beyond the expected. Maybe that is why you share such a good reputation in this business. I went to a recent Bonanza Pilot Proficiency Program (BPPP sponsored by ABS) and during the maintenance portion of the program, I brought up Biggs Aviation several times in conversation. The Bonanza guru's had a lot of good things to say about your facility.I confirmed all of their positive statements. When it came time to inspect my airplane on the flight line, everyone was impressed with the beautiful paint job and wanted to know who had done the work. Of course, I told them about your
shop. Hopefully, you will get some future business from
other Bonanza pilots. When we flew the airplane, the
instructor was amazed at how straight and level the airplane flew even in slow flight. He confirmed what I already knew..... someone really knew what they were doing when the flight controls were rigged. Yes they did.
